Telia is a telco with 180m customers across Europe and Asia. As any company operating on that scale knows, maintaining the same standards of employee conduct in every market can be a challenge.
What Telia needed was an employee 'code of conduct' that people would find engaging and easy to understand.
Just one problem. Nobody reads corporate codes of conduct.
So we made something different from the norm: a playful, straight-talking guide to the things you shouldn't do at work.
